Macau New Technologies Incubator Centre is a modern and high-tech complex offering
20 tenant offices and a variety of function rooms, such as seminar room, conference
room, large and small meeting rooms, office utilities room and a common leisure
room.
As part of Manetic's commitment to providing the highest
standards of facilities for our guests and tenants, we welcome professional groups
and individuals to use our modern and high-tech complex, with rooms of different
sizes, serving various purposes to the users. Full set of audio-visual equipments,
as well as auxiliary equipments, are also available for meetings and seminars.
Seminar Room
This professional, fully equipped Seminar Room comfortably seats around 50 people
but can expand to accommodate more. The room provides a projector with full
projection screen, sound system, full wireless Internet access and additional
A/V needs. Manetic Seminar Room services both tenants and professional
organizations and conferences.
Conference Room
Ideal for holding BOD meetings, this room can spaciously accommodate 16 people,
with additional seats for observers. Available in the room is an electronic
whiteboard and Internet access. Other A/V requirements not present in the rooms
can be provided upon request.
Meeting Rooms (Large and Small)
Available in the room is an Electronic Whiteboard, a mobile flipchart and Internet
access. Other A/V requirements not present in the rooms can be provided upon
request. Our technical consultants are very pleased to provide advice and support
during your conference and meetings.
Office Utilities Centre
A self-service utility room, with a photocopier, a facsimile machine, a binding
machine and a paper shredder, is available for use by the tenants.
Auxiliary Equipment
Aside from the above facilities, Manetic is dedicated to provide a variety of
auxiliary equipment for our guests and tenants, in order to facilitate their
presentations and discussions in our function rooms. Equipments such as digital
video, digital camera, portable overhead projector and clip-on microphones are
readily available for use upon request.
Leisure Room
Adjacent to the seminar room, there is a common leisure room, which enables
professionals to bring together ideas and concept in the professions allied to
technology, was opened in our Centre. In order to add full services to the above
facilities, wireless Internet access is also available here. This common leisure
room serves as a place for refreshment for all guests and tenants.
Data Centres
There are two data centres established in the Main Office and Pac On Office
respectively. The Data Centres are linked together to provide users with the
highest availability. The Data Centers are equipped with non-stop air-conditioning
and humidity control so that computer equipments can be operated in the most
adequate environment. Data Centre services include Web Hosting, email service,
centralized data storage and scheduled backup service with offsite storage.
Security
As Manetic guests and tenants, you are provided with full security under our roof.
Our Door Access System provides the ability to allow authorized personnel entrance
to restricted areas upon presentation of a DAS Card to a sensor. Therefore, you are
secured that no unauthorized person can gain access to Manetic.
Furthermore, the whole floor of Manetic is furnished with intelligent fire alarm
system, and our Data Centres are well protected with FM- 200 Fire Suppression
System.
Location and Transportation
Manetic Main Office is situated at the heart of Macau Peninsula. You can get
there by bus no. 2, 3, 3A, 4, 5, 6, 7, 9, 9A, 10, 10A, 11, 18, 19, 21, 21A, 23,
26A, 28B, 33. Or you can take taxi from the pier, Porta dos Cercos, or Macau
Airport for within MOP40.
Pac On Office is situated near the Macau Airport in Taipa.
